Every Dressoir organiser is made to order — just for you. Here's what to expect after you place your order:

  • Production time: 2–3 business days to print and quality-check your tray
  • Shipping time: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Total delivery window: 5–7 business days from order date

Shipping Rates

  • Free delivery on all orders above ₹999
  • ₹99 flat rate on orders below ₹999

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received your tracking details within 5 business days of ordering, please reach out to us on WhatsApp.

Returns & Replacements

Because every tray is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please review your size, colour, and quantity carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your tray arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will reprint and reship it to you at absolutely no cost. Simply:

  1. Take a clear photo of the damaged item
  2. Send it to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery
  3. We'll arrange a free replacement immediately

Wrong Item Received

In the rare event that you receive the wrong product, colour, or size, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right — at no cost to you.
