What material are the trays made from?

All Dressoir organisers are made from premium matte PLA — a plant-based, rigid filament that gives each tray a smooth, beautiful finish. It's durable enough for everyday use and feels genuinely premium in person.

Are the trays safe for jewellery — will they scratch my pieces?

Absolutely safe. PLA is non-reactive, which means it won't scratch, tarnish, or discolour your jewellery — no matter how long your pieces sit in it. Your rings, earrings, and necklaces are in good hands.

How long does delivery take?

Each tray is made to order, so we need 2–3 days to design and print yours, and then another 3–5 business days to ship it to you. In total, expect your order within 5–7 business days from the date you place it.

Can I order a custom size not shown on the website?

Yes! If you have something specific in mind — a different footprint, more compartments, or a size to fit a particular drawer — just WhatsApp us before ordering and we'll work it out together.

Can you add my name or initials to the tray?

Yes, we can personalise your tray with your name or initials for ₹299 extra. You can select this at checkout or WhatsApp us after placing your order and we'll add it before printing.

What colours are available?

We currently offer four colours: Pearl White, Dusty Blush, Sage Green, and Matte Black. Each one is chosen to look beautiful on a dresser — not just functional, but genuinely lovely.

What if my order arrives damaged?

That's on us — completely. Just send us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll reprint and reship it to you at no extra cost. No questions, no hassle.

Do you accept returns?

Because every Dressoir is made specifically for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind. But if your order arrives with a defect or isn't what you ordered, we will always replace it. Your satisfaction matters more than anything.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes — COD is available across India. We know not everyone wants to pay online, and that's completely fine.

How do I track my order?

Once your tray is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven't received it within your expected timeframe, just WhatsApp us and we'll sort it out.

Do you ship outside India?

Not yet — we're India-only for now. If you're based outside India and would love a Dressoir, drop us a message and we'll let you know as soon as international shipping is available.

Can I order in bulk for a gift or event?

Yes! Dressoir organisers make beautiful gifts — for weddings, bridesmaids, birthdays, and more. WhatsApp us with your requirements and we'll send you bulk pricing and timelines.
